Zeta also aims to empower HR managers to help them engage their employees in a better way. Spotlight, its digitised solution for rewards and recognition, offers a choice of multiple gifting and incentive solutions for employee appreciation, tailored to all the needs for employee gifting, channel partners and vendors.


Zeta payments is supported by MasterCard, National Payments Corporation of India's RuPay. The company has partnerships with IDFC Bank, Sodexo, Excelity Global, Kotak Mahindra Bank and RBL Bank. Zeta launched the first employee benefits survey in India along with Nielsen Holdings in April 2018.


Zeta is backed by Sodexo, Bhavin Turakhia, IDFC Bank. The company raised $60M in it's latest funding of a "Series C" round on Jul 23, 2019. This brings Zeta's total funding to $79M to-date. The company has also acquired ZingHR for 5-10 crore in June 2017 as well as PeopleStrong in January 2018 for an undisclosed amount.
