Vrvana was founded in 2005 by Bertrand Nepveu, Jean-Francois Sicard, Marc-Olivier Lepage, Yan Cote and is headquartered in Montreal, Canada.
Vrvana was acquired by Apple on Nov 21, 2017 for $30M.
