Termo

Termo, formerly known as Termostore, is a provider of a digital service platform for sustainable HVAC systems installation and maintenance for households.

Termo specializes in the sale, installation and replacement of heating and air conditioning products.

Termo was founded in 2014 by Alessandro Andreozzi. The company is headquartered in Milan, Lombardy, Italy, with an office in Fondi, Italy.

Termo has developed a full-service model specialising in the sale, installation and replacement of heating and air conditioning products, ensuring environmental and economic sustainability.

Termo allows customers to book the intervention of a qualified team of technicians that provide the service, with the opportunity to deduct any environmental tax credit directly from the invoiced amount.

Termo, through its digital service platform, also offers a transparent and “turnkey” service for the installation and management of systems with tax bonuses (“eco-bonuses”) already discounted on the invoice if applicable.

Termo is backed by Fondo Italiano di Investimento SGR (through FITEC Lazio and FITEC), Alessandro Andreozzi, incubator Supernova Hub, Mercurio Holding (Proximity Capital Group), the Mediaset Group (through the subsidiary RTI) and others. The company raised €8.5M ($10M) in a combine Series A and Series B on Dec 18, 2020. This brings Termo's total funding to €11M to date.
