Striim, formerly known as WebAction, is the provider of streaming data integration and operational intelligence platform. 

Striim offers a platform that enables to ingest high-speed streaming data from a wide variety of sources and enterprise databases while helping in query, processing and streaming analytic.

Striim was founded in May 17, 2012, by Ali Kutay, Alok Pareek, Sami Akbay, and Steve Wilkes. The company is based in Palo Alto, California.

Striim specializes in integration from a wide variety of data sources – transaction/change data, events, log files, application and IoT sensor data – and real-time correlation across multiple streams.

Striim makes it easy to continuously ingest and process high volumes of streaming data from diverse sources (both on-premises or in the cloud) to support hybrid cloud infrastructure, as well as Kafka, Hadoop, and NoSQL integration.

 

Striim is the only end-to-end streaming integration and intelligence solution, making it easy to deliver custom streaming analytics applications. The platform enables multi-stream data integration and real-time Change Data Capture (CDC) across a wide variety of data sources including transactions from enterprise databases, log files etc. 

 

Striim is backed by Intel Capital, Goldman Sachs Growth Equity, Summit Partners, Atlantic Bridge Capital, Panorama Venture Partners and others. The company raised $50M in Series C round on Mar 31, 2021. This brings Striim's total funding to $108.5M to date.
