Skydance is backed by Tencent, KKR, J.P. Morgan Chase, The Ellison family, RedBird Capital Partners, CJ ENM, and others. The company raised $400M in a new strategic investment on Oct 13, 2022. This brings Skydance's total funding to $1.72B to date. The latest round valued the company at over $4B post-money. Skydance was last valued at $2.3B in a financing raised in Feb 2020.
