Outlier was created by the Co-Founder of MasterClass, Aaron Rasmussen and David Rogier in 2018. The company is based in Brooklyn, New York.

The learning experience includes access to 1-on-1 tutoring for math courses, AI-proctored assessments, dynamically-generated problem sets, active learning materials. Each course is priced at just $400.
