MycoTechnology's flagship product, ClearTaste®, is a versatile and multifunctional ingredient that can improve food products by blocking bitterness and improving taste defects. Their second product, PureTaste® Protein, is a high-quality, clean-tasting, complete vegan protein that has a nutritional profile unlike any other plant-based protein on the market.
