Mirakl is the only marketplace SaaS platform that empowers both B2B and B2C organizations to launch and grow an enterprise marketplace at scale.

Mirakl provides on-demand online marketplace capabilities for online businesses on a managed basis.

Mirakl was founded in 2011 by Adrien Nussenbaum and Philippe Corrot. The company is based in Paris, with offices in London, Boston, Munich and other parts of the world.

Mirakl provides tools to help B2B and B2C companies easily launch, manage, and grow marketplaces. It’s all about “unlocking the power of the platform,” helping businesses better compete with ecommerce giants like Amazon and Alibaba.

The Mirakl platform constitutes several elements, each tailored for different marketplace use cases, including B2B, B2C, and services. Mirakl also offers a catalog manager that helps operators and merchants manage their product data and inventory, automatically remove products that don’t meet specific standards, and more.

Mirakl is used by more than 500 companies globally. Some of its customers include ABB, Astore by AccorHotels, Best Buy Canada, Carrefour, Catch, Changi Airport, Darty, The Kroger Co., Leroy Merlin, Maisons du Monde, Metro, and Toyota.

Mirakl is backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Silverlake, 83North, Permira, Felix Capital, Elaia Partners, and others. The company raised $555M in Series E round on Sep 21, 2021. This brings Mirakl's total funding to $948M to date. The latest round more than doubled the company's valuation to $3.5B, from its previous $1.5B gained after a Series D raised in Sep 2020.
