HubSpot is backed by Sequoia Capital, Google Ventures, Salesforce.com and others. The company has raised a total of $100.5M in funding. Hubspot has also acquired Oneforty, Kemvi, and PieSync. Hubspot went public on Oct 10, 2014, with a $759M IPO valuation the company raised $125M.
