Glints is an online talent recruitment and career discovery platform for young talent to build up their career readiness through internships and graduate jobs; developing skill sets required in different careers.

Glints bridges the gap between education and employment by being a professional platform for young people focused on career discovery and development.

Glints was founded in 2013 by Oswald Yeo, Looi Qin En and Seah Ying Cong. The company is headquartered in Singapore, with an office in Jakarta, Indonesia.

 

Glints allow users to apply for internships, full-time, part-time or project based positions with partnered companies. Glints also offers community features and skills education, like online classes.

 

Glints also help companies, especially in tech, cope with the regional talent shortage. Glints launched a cross-border remote work hub, TalentHub.

 

Glints’ platform currently has three million professionals in five markets (Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan), and 50,000 companies that are seeking workers, including AIA, IKEA, GetGo, KKday and Gameloft.

 

Glints is backed by Monk’s Hill Ventures, DCM Ventures, PERSOL Holdings, Fresco Capital, Mindworks Ventures, Wavemaker Partners, Lavender Hill Capital, and others. The company raised $50M in an oversubscribed Series D round on Aug 30, 2022. This brings Glints' total funding to $82.2M to date.
