Food Market Hub is dedicated to making the F&B ecosystem transparent and by vertically integrating the entire value chain from the farm until restaurant.

Food Market Hub uses disruptive technology to take the traditional food and beverage procurement process to the next level. It applies predictive analytics including AI to forecast procurement and food cost.


FMH's proprietary food cost optimization algorithms and AI-powered procurement system automate 80% of workflow and help F&B operators and suppliers both can reduce lot’s manual admin works for data entry.


FMH currently supports over 2,000 F&B outlets in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and places close to $200 million in purchase orders through its system annually. Its existing customers include F&B outlets such as Taiwanese restaurant Din Tai Fung, fast food chain Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Chinese restaurant Putien, among others.


FMH is backed by Go-Ventures, SIG, 500 Startups and others. The company raised $4M in a Series A round on Nov 18, 2020. This brings FMH's total funding to $4.5M to date.
