Dishcraft's technology involves the integration of sensors, computer vision, machine learning, UV lighting and innovative mechanics to autonomously sort, scrub, inspect and rack dishware. Plates are cleaned and inspected multiple times using sensors that can spot miniscule particles invisible to the human eye. 


Dishcraft is backed by First Round Capital, Lemnos VC, Grit Ventures, Baseline Ventures, Fuel Capital and others. The company raised $20M in a Series B round on May 27, 2020. This brings Dishcraft's total funding to $45.2M to date.
