Devialet

Devialet is an acoustic engineering technology company that produces a line of speakers (Phantom) and amplifiers (Expert).

Devialet is committed to evolving its technology and product design, without any compromise on sound quality.

Devialet was founded in 2007 by Quentin Sannié, Pierre-Emmanuel Calmel, Emmanuel Nardin and Mathias Moronvalle. The company is headquartered in Paris, with flagship stores in London, Singapore, Berlin, New York, China, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Indonesia.

Devialet's flagship product is the Phantom I speaker. With this egg-shaped speaker, Devialet’s engineering team promises no background noise, no saturation and no distortion thanks to its proprietary sound amplification technology.

Devialet also launched a smaller speaker, the Phantom Reactor, which is now called the Phantom II. The company also released a pair of earbuds and a soundbar for your TV.

Devialet also has a licensing division for its audio technology and patents. Over the past few years, it has partnered with Sky, Iliad, Altice USA and Huawei to release devices with Devialet-branded speakers.

Devialet is backed by Naver Corporation, Bpifrance, Crédit Mutuel Equity, Foxconn, Groupe Renault, Sharp Corporation, Ginko Ventures, Roc Nation, Playground Global, Korelya Capital, and others. The company raised $50M (€50M) in a new round on Sep 13, 2022. This brings Devialet's total funding to $211.2M to date.
