Vendia

Vendia is a blockchain-based platform that makes it easier for businesses to share their code and data with partners across applications, platforms and cloud.

Vendia’s mission is to help every organization use all of its data to make intelligent decisions without thinking about legal, geographical, infrastructure or cloud boundaries.

Vendia was founded in 2020 by Tim Wagner and Shruthi Rao. The company is headquartered in San Francisco, California.

Vendia's flagship product, Vendia Share, helps organizations rapidly build transactional applications that need to access critical data stuck in other applications, data stores, and silos that span departments, clouds, and even partners.

Vendia currently supports AWS, and the team recently launched Azure support as well. Support for the Google Cloud Platform is on the roadmap, in addition to the company’s ongoing work to allow its service to connect to an ever-growing number of services.

Vendia also recently launched a new product line around CRM data sharing. The platform serves a wide range of customers, including BMW, Aerotrax and Slalom.

Vendia is backed by Canvas Ventures, BMW i Ventures, Sorenson Ventures, NewView Capital, Correlation Ventures, WestWave Capital, HWVP, Firebolt Ventures, Neotribe Ventures, Aspenwood Ventures, and others. The company raised $30M in Series B round on May 31, 2022. This brings Vendia's total funding to $50.6M to date.
