Sweetguest has the objective of helping property owners to maximize the potential of the house they want to rent, giving them the opportunity to earn more, and relieving them of the commitments and thoughts related to the management of rents in total simplicity, safety and flexibility. 

Sweetguest was founded in 2016 by Edoardo Grattirola and Rocco Lomazzi. The company is headquartered in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.

Sweetguest offers a 360-degree management service for short-term rental properties, a fertile ground in a country with a high tourist vocation such as Italy. The company manages all giving you and your guests a high quality service.

Sweetguest supports the owners in the management of the properties : the startup deals with cleaning, laundry service, photo shooting of the spaces, check-in, management of the relationship and communications with guests, effectively replacing the owner and ensuring professional management of the facilities accommodation.

Sweetguest has produced over 12 million euros in value for managed properties, with the passage of over 90,000 guests in the structures.

Sweetguest is backed by Indaco Venture Partners, Invitalia Ventures and others. Thecompany raised €8M in Series B round on May 01, 2019. This brings Sweetguest's total funding to €10.2M to date.
