ScriptDrop is a prescription delivery and medication reminder service intended to make the delivery process easier for both the pharmacist and patient.

ScriptDrop enables patients to have easy access to medicines and pharmacists, to streamline processes as well as to access reporting and analytical insight.

ScriptDrop was founded in 2016 by Nick Potts and is based in Columbus, Ohio.

Scriptdrop's tech connects the pharmacy system itself to a network of courier partners across the country, making the prescription delivery process seamless for the couriers, pharmacies and the patients.

ScriptDrop provides a medication access healthcare IT solution connecting pharmacies, couriers, providers, pharmaceutical manufacturers and patients. It uses predictive algorithms to judge if delivery is to be done based on the likelihood of the patient's condition and is designed to fit into the pharmacist's workflow.

ScriptDrop's footprint has expanded access to medication across the country, especially during the onset of the pandemic. The company launched its patient-initiated delivery solution to help vulnerable patients during the COVID-19 crisis, in Mar 2020.

ScriptDrop is backed by Ohio Innovation Fund, North Coast Ventures, M25 and Rev1Ventures. The company raised an additional $15 in Series A round on Oct 01, 2020. This brings ScriptDrop's total funding to $18.3M to date.
