OpenText has made over 40 acquisitions, their most recent acquisition was on Jan 4, 2019, when they bought Liaison Technologies, a Georgia based software company for a staggering $310M in cash.  OpenText's biggest acquisition was a massive $1.6B buy-out of "Dell EMC's ECD division—which included Documentum" in September 12, 2016, a $315M acquisition of "HP - Customer Communications Management (CCM) assets" in Jun 20, 2016, and a $240M acquisition of Guidance Software in Jul 26, 2017.
