Mynt (Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.), is a partnership between Globe Telecom, the Ayala Corporation, and Ant Financial, that provides innovative and first-in-world fintech solutions to consumers, merchants, and organizations.

Mynt's vision is to enable financial access for consumers and merchants by disrupting traditional channels through digital financial technology services.

Mynt was formed in 2015 and is headquartered in Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines.

 

Mynt operates two fintech companies: GCash, a micropayment service that transforms the mobile phone into a virtual wallet for secure, fast, and convenient money transfer, and Fuse, a tech-based lending company that enables Filipinos to get microloans to business loans without the traditional requirements set by banks and other lending institutions.

 

Mynt offers a full array of financial services, spanning credit, savings, insurance, loans, and investments. AUM for its GSave product has grown to over P9 billion, from P5 billion in 2020, while its GInvest product has already captured 70 percent of the domestic market of total UITF accounts.

 

Mynt also offers credit to its users, on the back of its proprietary trust and scoring platform. GCredit disburses over P1 billion worth of loans each month. Mynt also piloted GLoan, a cash loan product that allows qualified users to borrow as much as P25,000, with repayment spread over 12 months.

 

Mynt is backed by Warburg Pincus, Insight Partners, Bow Wave Capital, Itai Tsiddon, Amplo Ventures, and others. The company raised $300M in a new round on Nov 01, 2021. This brings Mynt's total funding to $475M to date. The latest round valued the company at over $2B post-money.
