Heyday AI

Heyday is a conversational AI platform that helps retailers connect with their customers online.

Heyday AI is on a mission to make shopping online feel more personal and frictionless.

Heyday was founded in 2017 by Steve Desjarlais, Etienne Merineau, Hugues Rousseau, and David Bordeleau. The company is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Heyday offers a conversational artificial intelligence platform for retailers. The platform, which can integrate with Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Google’s Business Messages, is aimed to help sales and support teams improve the customer experience.

Heyday uses AI and NL to determine whether the message is a customer service or sales-related interaction, and it automates basic responses when possible.

Heyday chatbots can provide order updates or even recommend products (it integrates with Salesforce, Shopify, Magento, Lightspeed and PrestaShop), then route the conversation to a human team member when necessary.

Heyday’s software is used by 70 customers in more than 20 countries. Some of its customers include Lacoste, Decathlon, Dynamite, and Garage Clothing.

Heyday is backed by Investissement Québec, Innovobot, Desjardins Capital, Novacap and others. The company raised CAD $6.5M ($5.1M) in additional Seed financing on Mar 10, 2021. This brings Heyday's total funding to CAD $8.5M to date.
