Hazelcast Jet, is an ultra-fast, application embeddable, stream and batch processing engine capable of supporting real-time streaming data. 

Hazelcast can run on-premises, in the cloud (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Cloud Foundry, OpenShift), virtually (VMware), and in Docker containers. Hazelcast offers technology integrations for multiple cloud configuration and deployment technologies, including Apache jclouds, Consul, etcd, Eureka, Kubernetes, and Zookeeper.

Hazelcast’s customers include six of the world’s 10 largest banks and 36 of the Fortune Global 500; its technology is deployed at nearly every major credit card company, five of the world’s largest e-commerce companies and four of the largest telecommunications companies. Some of it's clients include J.P. Morgan Chase, Charter Communications, Ellie Mae, UBS and National Australia Bank.

 

Hazelcast is backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Earlybird Venture Capital C5 Capital, Capital One Growth Ventures, The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and others. The company raised $50M in a Series D over-subscribed round on Feb 11, 2020. This brings Hazelcast's total funding to $85.1M to date.
