Grubhub was founded in 2004 by by Matthew Maloney and Michael Evans. The company is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois with additional offices in New York and London.

 

Grubhub has over 14.5 million active users and 80,000 associated restaurants across 1,700 cities in the United States as of Q1 2018. 

 

Grubhub's portfolio of brands includes Seamless, AllMenus, MenuPages, Eat24, LevelUp, and Tapingo. Seamless is an online and mobile food ordering platform for regional restaurants active in the U.S. and London.
