Viceversa

Viceversa is a powerful growth platform that boosts businesses at the pace they want with equity-free investments and data-driven insights.

Viceversa envisions a new way of growth based on transparency and technology to support companies in a sustainable and ethical way.

Viceversa was founded in 2021 by Matteo Masserdotti, and Pedro Salvi. The company is headquartered in Milan, Lombardy, Italy, with an office in Dublin, Ireland.

Viceversa target companies that run an online business such as marketplaces, B2C and B2B e-commerce or subscription services, with the goal of making their growth sustainable.

Viceversa has been one of the first European companies to introduce revenue-based financing, a tool for accessing fast and flexible capital, characterized by sharing a percentage of the financed company’s gross revenue to repay the amounts invested.

Viceversa’s proposition is completed with an advanced analytics and insights platform that, by connecting the company’s sales and marketing channels (Amazon, Meta, Stripe, etc.), allows the monitoring of key marketing KPIs, enabling companies to be in full control of their performance at all times.

Viceversa is backed by CDP Venture Capital, Azimut Libera Impresa SGR, Kairos Partners SGR, Italian Angels for Growth, Fabrick, Raffaele Terrone (founder of Scalapay), Paolo Galvani (founder of Moneyfarm), and others. The company raised €10M ($11M) in a Series A round on May 08, 2023. This brings Viceversa's total funding to €33M to date.
