Echelon Data Centres is a data centre infrastructure company providing large-scale assets to support the growing global demand for data and computing resources.

Echelon Data Centres is committed to the concept of Green Data, by delivering large-scale data centre assets that are more cleanly and sustainably powered now, moving to 100% renewable, green energy in the future.

Echelon Data Centres was founded in 2017 by Niall Molloy of Aldgate Developments. The company is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

 

Echelon Data Centres now has six sites across Ireland and the UK with a total potential capacity of up to 500MW. Its sites in Ireland will have a combined capacity of around 400MW, and in the UK its LCY10 site in London’s Docklands is ready for occupation.

 

Echelon’s LCY10 site in London’s Docklands is ready for occupation and LCY20, a 30MW facility located 20 miles from central London, is also the subject of a funding agreement with affiliates of Starwood Capital Group.

 

Echelon Data Centres has secured €855M ($969M) in Debt financing on Jan 11, 2022. The financing was backed by Starwood Capital.
