Cluno is a digital car subscription service that provides drivers with an alternative to buying their own car, and allows the entire process of booking a car to be carried out via an app.

Cluno’s subscription model for car ownership lets consumers drive their own car without buying it. In just three minutes, users can digitally book a car in the app for an all-inclusive, monthly subscription fee and get it delivered to their desired location.

Cluno was founded in 2017 by Christina Maria Polleti , Nico Polleti & Andreas Schuierer. The company is headquartered in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.

Cluno is a completely new mobility concept, with which you always drive "your" car - as long as you want, as flexible as you want and for a fixed, monthly package price, which includes everything except refueling.

Cluno offers almost 50 models from nine different makes, including BMW, VW, Audi and Ford across Germany. It offers everything from small cars to SUVs, as well as hybrid and electric vehicles, and plans to significantly expand its selection in 2019.

Cluno is backed by investors including Valar Ventures, Acton Capital Partners, & Atlantic Labs among others. The company raised €140 in its latest debt financing round on Sep 24, 2019. This brings Cluno's total funding to €172M in both debt and private equity financing.
