Bright is a live video platform that lets fans engage in live conversations with their favorite creators and celebs.
Bright brings you together with the world's creators, experts and icons to learn and interact in live sessions.
Bright was founded in 2020 by Guy Oseary and Michael Powers. The company is headquartered in Santa Monica, California.
Bright's premise is to tap into the growing creator economy in a way that allows creators to better monetize their success outside of ad-supported networks, like YouTube, so they can grow their own business.
Bright was launched with a lineup of over 200 prominent creators who were set to host ticketed online events where they share their stories or expertise, engage in interviews, offer advice and more.
Bright now has over 320 notable names who have joined the service to engage with fans and continue to build their brand. The list includes Madonna, Naomi Campbell, D-Nice, the D’Amelio Sisters, Laura Dern, Deepak Chopra, Lindsey Vonn, and Diego Boneta.
Bright has raised $15M in a new funding on Aug 26, 2021. The round was co-led by Sound Ventures, RIT Capital and Regah Ventures. Other investors in the new round include Marc Benioff’s TIME Ventures, Globo Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners, and more.
