The company has acquired BlockTrail in Jul 20, 2016 for an undisclosed amount. Bitmain has also made over 20 investmentments totalling over $500M to date.

 

Bitmain was valued at a gigantic $15B in a pre-Initial Public Offering (IPO), as of Aug 2018.
