ADDX’s platform uses blockchain and smart contract technology to fractionalize and tokenize private market investments, allowing it to cut minimum investment sizes to US$10,000 from US$1 million.
ADDX's platform is used by accredited individual investors in 39 countries, spanning Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas (excluding the US). ADDX also serves wealth managers and corporate investors through its institutional service, ADDX Advantage.
ADDX is owned and operated by ICHX Tech Pte Ltd. ICHX Tech has been approved by MAS as a recognised market operator (RMO). It also has a capital markets services (CMS) license to deal in securities and collective investment schemes as well as to provide custodial services.
ADDX is backed by Singapore Exchange (SGX), Temasek, Hamilton Lane, Development Bank of Japan, JIC Venture Growth Investments, KB Securities, Tokai Tokyo Global Investments, Hanwha Asset Management, SET Venture Holding, Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group, Heliconia, ICH, and others. The company raised $20M in Series B round on Nov 14, 2022. This brings ADDX's total funding to $140.9M to date.
