The company received another $55M in a Series C round of funding. The financing was led by Sapphire Ventures, with participation from existing investors such as GV (formerly Google Ventures), Citi Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, DCM, and Resolute Ventures. This new investment brings Ujet's total funding to over $100M.
Ujet offers companies a cloud-native platform for managing, redirecting, and resolving incoming customer communications.
